I play in brazil proxy and since yesterday I have about this time delay

can be a peering issue . but try all proxies , some should be better
what proxy you used before ?
JUST tested from ro ISP and BR proxy (hyperfilter) " no issue

i have lag issues also from Hungary. Used BR proxy till now without problems but now its unplayable... FR is ok but not smooth enough to daily play.
