Hi, I don't know if this is an attention feature to the server or if it's simply a bug that you can't fix.
I think everyone who has a mage has noticed that if you're casting many spells fast, the BSS effect will not apply to the casting speed. This result in having very slow casting speed. To avoid this you have to let the BSS spark on your wep and then cast your magic skill. This obviously takes longer time and it gives mages a great disadvantage.
May I have an explanation to the problem described above.
