Killed shops

Hello, why is it allowed to kill shops in giran? This is happening everyday. I payed for offline shop and it is not fair that I have to log everyday to put my shop again because nobody does anything to manage this situation. I hope somebody will make time to answer me. This is really annoying, please do something!
