Can't claim ToD

Bought ToD and can't claim it, something seriously wrong with main website, can't transfer my ToD from my account to my character because website is acting funky.

I've bought ToD plenty of times and this is the only time I've ever had issues and now it's telling me I didn't place the order at all. I have my paypal confirmation so what is going on?
