Can't make update

Hello, everyday when I log in for the first time I make update and it works with no problem, but today I couldn't do it. I pressed the button "check files" but it says "Error while loading options". What am I supposed to do?
I hope somebody will answer my question...

Clean the system folder and re-run the updater
