4 questions about the PA by GM :)

i would like to know :

1. does PC weapon waste mana after i buy it, but do not equip it?
2. will PC points that i havent still spent stay after PA period expires?
3. can i have more than 1 PC wep in inventory?
4. will PC weps stay in inventory after PA period expires?

+You can still spend Points on weapons/items
+Buffs will cost you Points
+Tp will cost you points
