Question about accounts and ToD purchasing

Hello, I want to ask will the beta test accounts remain upon the opening of the server on the 20th of Dec? Or they will be deleted and we will have to register again. I'm asking this because
I want to know can we buy ToD now to use it after server gets opened or should we wait and buy after it opens officially?

I think account will stay 'couse work on every servers. I hope 'couse I bought 300 TOD and they waiting for opening serv. xD
