Didint get my premium, any response from tickets?

Looking for some responce from you, created ticked but it seems it doesnt work. 2014-12-31 in game i bought premium with TODS, they was taken, but i didint get my PREMIUM. It is second day and still NO PREMIUM wish some responce. Nick in game: JohnDeer

Did u read item description ? It says item dissapear when pa is activated.
Be polite regarding "as always on dex" . Or try to tell us a case when u got ignored by our staff.

You didint get it, items disapeared but i didint get PA, vitality items same 5 per weak, vitality lvl 200% and no dragon agathion. sound like i am not PA. so Pleace check it and give me my Premium.
