So I finally got the offer - if I help him acquire materials for 2 of these device and make them, + 4 other devices (two devices will consist of 2 buttons placed under a typewriter which will turn on a light when pressed; the other 2 devices will consist in 9 on/off switches which when pressed in a certain combination activate a videoprojector) he'll give me 500 lei. So it turns out things didn't work out in The Netherlands and I started a huge shitstorm in the company and company wide related to drug use and employer abuse. I'm now in Finland and I'm glad I got out of there. Fucking assholes. I was lucky the RO unit of our company and especially my father the director and the CEO had my back,else I would have been toast and fired. I had most of the site against me except for two guys,never really wanna go through that again,good thing I had an iron will and didn't collapse under the presure

It's the Netherlands. Most of the people smokes weed every day without being criticized. That doesn't make it right but you can't change their mentality. Just think you missed out on a good opportunity to know a very culture rich country as the Netherlands. But if you're happy and feel good about yourself, that's what matters.

No,that wasn't the issue,the issue was the horrible smell all over the house 24/7,I asked nicely to be moved in another house with someone else and they said nah,it's my right to choose where I stay,it even says in the contract,then some things got out of sync between our units and with a little bit of misunderstading and arogance from the project manager and site manager it got worse and worse to the point where I almost told the dude in charge to fuck off

The amount of bullshit I have to put up with from one of my colleagues is astonishing, as is his fucking stupidity. Even when i prove him wrong, with facts, he tries to twist it around saying "well, that's one way to do it". Some colleagues are cunts; that will never change. If you do not depend on them, fuck them, tell them off. But if you do depend on them, harbor that resentment and let it loose when the moment is oportune, note before; otherwise you'll be the one getting fucked.
Or, there's always that "move past it" bullshit. Whatever floats your boat.
