I don't have a specific budget.. but i don't want the most expensive stuff. I want a good PC that will last me 4-5 years.

Have u tried to dust it off? I mean taking the cooler and the radiator off and dust it thoroughly and apply new paste to it? It may still have some life in it.

The only thing i regularly do is clean the dust with compressed air. Dunno how to take radiators off and apply paste :D I'd probably break stuff :D

Well, take the thing out , use a screwdriver , take all off and then use some alcohol to clean up the gpu thingy and the back of the radiator and apply some thermal conductive paste, I usually draw a small "X" in the middle of the gpu and then apply the radiator back and simply screw everything back and it's all good.

This sounds too complicated. :D
And apparently the fan is working.

Get a r9 270. It's the cheapest 1080p performer. It was made for the 1080p gamer that wants max details at a reasonable price. It can max out every game and it won't dip down under 30 fps, you'll mostly stay at 60fps all the time. If you want 1 more GB of Vram and a little bit more horsepower I'd say go for a r9 280.

I kinda have to know your budget,it's nothing about being a fanboy,I kinda have both, but for example,I know you play a lot of mmos,Intel tends to perform much better than AMD when it comes to MMOs
