The problem is not factual about evidence and proving the act, it's hypothetical (considering everything can be supported with enough evidence to prove the action). Can you rape someone by using the tongue? And the derived question, can a woman commit rape?

I don't think they can just "fake the story" outright without consequences, but like any other such publication, the devil is in the details. What this kind of publications love to do is fabricate stuff like "Pentru că nu a putut avea o erecţie" for sensationalism. "He tongue-raped her" wouldn't be as interesting as "he tongue-raped her because he couldn't get it up".

yes it's actually pretty good for 100 eur lol,720p screen,mali 400 gpu,dual core 1.5 ghz,it's ok. It's galaxy s2-wise in terms of specs,i'm 100% sure it can handle that 720p res without a problem.
