K so is any of you guys (and girl), that's doing this training exercise, trying to gain weight or just lose some?
Cuz I would be interested in gaining some and I've tried everything* and nothing seems to be working for me. I have amazing muscle tone, you can see all of my muscle groups, but very little mass.

*except: eating more, drinking protein shakes for more than 1 week, working out at a gym for more than 1 week, having a nutritionist give me a good diet, eating more regularly etc.
