@hellfire : I assembled my PC in less then 15 min. From scratch. Bought all parts independently, from different shops. :D

And Vic, that wasnt bragging. I know, it's all about context, but how the hell can take anyone that much time to assemble a PC ? I dont know ... :D

@Striker,When I bought all the parts ~3months ago it took me ~20minutes or so,it's easy to mount everything but damn hard to unmount everything and ruin the wire management then redo it all over again,change the slots,and the damn cpu cooler gave me a massive headache,mounting the fan to the heatsink was annoying as F

@Vic,yeah I get it

Well that's a question that nobody can answer. Not just the layman. You can't predict a pattern which is yet to be fully observed.

And what's our level of consciousness? Maybe the dolphins are just as smart as we are, obviously we couldn't tell that since their physiology doesn't allow them to build space shuttles, but evidence from the last few years suggests they are really, REALLY intelligent.

We can use certain social indicators and measure intelligence levels enough to get a good idea of they compare to primal species of humans, then subtract the years and get the minimum amount of time they'd need to get to humanlike intelligence IF they happened to evolve as humans do. But you'd need to be pretty knowledgeable on the subject.

Chimps, for instance, can make rudimentary tools. By cross-checking to where humans first started using tools in recorded history, we can get a rough estimate.
