I think I fucked up my left knee.

After a series of intense squats and lunges, I kinda felt something was wrong with my knee. Then I was doing some plyometric push-ups, took a few breaths to calm down and when I wanted to straighten my feet again to do more I felt like somebody just cut my legs off at the knees all of a sudden.

Right knee got better, doesn't hurt anymore. Left knee is swollen and kinda hurts constantly.

No more squats or lunges until this thing heals.

You didn't warm up properly and you probably injured yourself. I injured my left shoulder 4 years ago and it still hurts like hell even today,in fact I feel the pain as I'm typing this 4 hours after a shoulder workout. Don't fuck up like I did,you'll regret so much later. It will interfere with your workouts,I never feel the pain except when I train shoulders and go real heavy,even when I'm warmed up real good the pain is still there and I'll never be able to do anything about it,luckily it's nothing serious,just some pain that could be ignored once I got used to it but that's just me,make sure it heals properly,knee injuries can be devastating for legs,a injury like that can permanently screw you up to the point where you'll never be able to squat again. Get something for the knee. Don't try to squat or do anything that will put some stress on it,you will damage it even worse

I was pretty warmed up, but whatever. I'll keep that in mind. Guess I'll just do jumping jacks or something when it's time to squat.

From what I've heard (never happened to me and I hope it remains like this) it's better not to force it, in any way. Jumping jacks will still stress your knee. I for one, believe that if you stay put several days will be better.

Not impressed. See people that would put this guy on his ass on a monthly basis. A thoroughly thought-out video of motivational speeches that have roamed the internet since forever does not make him smart.
Might wanna watch more than 1 video before you jump to conclusions. The guy doesn't have a million subscribers just because he's showing training footage.
