Hello, curiosity led me back here, wanted to see if dex still exists. At first, second and even third look, it seems pretty dead though. More of a reason to consider myself lucky to have played here in it's best days. Just browsing the whole mmo scene, everything seems so diluted now, with so many titles and so many servers for each, that none seems to be important or hold value. What a fool i was for resenting the times when dex was so full i had to spam login for at least 10 minutes.

Nice to see some older folks here, hoped i'd see more.

I would also want to ask if any has contact to old IFC/Ventrue/EK members or has those pvp movies (others than the ones on youtube, there should be much more).

Everything's a wow clone now, no one makes original MMOs anymore. Especially not like old L2.

I believe the biggest loss is that there's no game ( i think there's at least 5 new major mmos per year it seems) or server scarcity anymore.

I believe that even if some games are good they won't rise up to the immensity of the feeling one had while playing the first game they enjoyed, that's nostalgia goggles , everyone tries to compare the feeling not actual mechanics as a primary thing in deciding what is worth or not their time , which is great don't take me wrong, but that feeling more often than not won't be coming back again , especially while seeking it in a similar environment such as a MMO which has so many facets which we wish can live up with our "first true love" , most importantly of them being the community, even tho every game no matter it's size has it's own community it won't rise up to our preset standards of greatness or it will seem , at best, okay but not familiar.
