You know the drill. Here's a shortlist of my latest viewed films:

This is the End. Pretty good comedy. 7/10
Prisoners. Hugh Jackman ftw. 8/10
White house down. Typical american action shit. 6/10
The Conjuring. One of the nicest horrors I've seen in a while. 8/10
Disconnect. Good Drama. 7/10
Centurion. 7/10

Yesterday night some friends and I decided to watch something oldschool. So we went for Beetlejuice.
'Twas wonderful. 9/10. Tim Burton never fails to deliver :)

Prisoners - 8/10. It's nominated for Oscars this year, I very much liked it. Been a while since I caught the taste of a good thriller. The cast is very good although I'd rather have had someone else than pretty-boy Jake Gyllenhaal playing the detective. He played fairly well for his part but I happen to dislike him as an actor. Nothing poor to say of Hugh Jackman though.

Ofc there's that almost-always existent turn-point in the plot where you figure out the whole twist, which is unfortunate and it's why I cannot give it a full 10, I don't like predicting an ending correctly. Feels okay to have watched it all in all though.

2 Guns - 6.5/10 (not very entertaining, but not boring either; worth watching if you want to fill the void till the next epic movie)

Hunger Games 2.
Hard to rate this one. Predictable at some points but I admit liking the direction in which all is going. (haven't read the books)
