So since the oly is comming up and fear is only win condition for multiple classes (sps/sph/sorc), it would be nice, if it was working.
Currently fear duration in pvp is 5s. It should be 15s on c6 and 10s on HF. There is no chronicle where fear lasts 5s. I can supply official patch notes to confirm this, if you don't believe me.
