Mos situation

After killing RB Mos from Varka, nu quest item (Head of Mos). The quest Slay the commander Mos was on. No one else made last hit, we where only 1 party. Is it normal?
Time of death : 15 oct 2020, 09.00. At least 4 other players complained about the same thing

I had the same problem with RB Commander Tayr from Ketra, Quest Item (Head of Tayr), quest Slay the commander Tayr was on. 13 oct 2020, 21.00
It looks like quest items there drop like adenas (70%) lol

Its 100% drop, and 100% work fine. If you pt not get quest items, then someone else made last hit.
