Changelist:

• Added possibility to improve Epic Jewelry. On Hellbound you can find NPC Agran - visit him to check what you can get and what you need for improve Epic Jewelry
• Added new Quest on HB - reward EXP
• Increased experience for killing Raid Bosses on Hellbound
• Stop drop - Lucky Pots. NPC Skirtos will be in game till July 15
• Changing on Howls mobs zone, we move some respawn points to make it more comfortable for players
