Why don't u move data from wrath to arion and close wrath? if u r saying that he will be overprotected and very stable as u say it will be.
I wont start from scratch again ,because nobody can promise me it wont be a fail ,and far from what I remember with last arion server it was a bad failure.
So can u do that for us for the old members of dex community,we show u the all loyalty we had,it is time to return ur loyalty for ur members.
(ah I forgot to mention u don't have to move also offlines shops)

few details about extra systems added on new server :

o PC-Club points scoring
 Every character get 100 PC-Club points every 5 minutes. Can be change for:
• Accessories/Headdress
• Enchants D, C, B, A, S
• Weapon:
o Duration of weapons - 15 days
o Weapon introduced gradually, depending on the developmental stage of the server.
o At the start, all players will be available to get D, C, B grade.
o Since April 7 - А-grade; Since April 20 - S-grade
• Buffs for fighter and mages
• Buffs for summons and pets
• Teleports in some locations
• Ability to ride a Wyvern

Well ,if u would play on wrath u'll notice that is pretty dead server ,no pvp for epics , only pve exist in this moment ,and things have no perspective for future ,at siege was abit fun but still far from what we really want.
I was expecting for an answear more optimistic like "Ok we may consider to take that like an option to move chars from wrath" but seems my expectation was too big .

Even if transfers would be taken into consideration, they would become feasible only months later. Would you be willing to wait an indefinite time for the majority of the server to reach end game so that transfers do not unbalance it?
And since this is a joint project, the same opportunity should be presented to people playing on lineage.ru and playdefo.com. What clan leader would bring his clan to a fresh start knowing that the server would eventually be inundated by transferred chars, end game gear and epics?

So you're advocating moving naked (empty inventory) characters? I don't see why you would want that... Sure, the skill enchant and already done sub-classes save you some time, but you can't simply throw in noblesse characters with +15/+30 skills from the first month. So even for that you'd have to wait roughly 2 months. What good would that eventually do? Two months later, you have a naked character and everyone else has gear, well established CPs, heroes and is close to reaching your skill enchant...

1) Will be possible to move char from wrath to arion (with donation or not)?

PS. I thinking u just want keep ppl on wrath before u start new server and then say fu to us cause u have 10k(ofc it's urs thinking) online on ur Arion. now it's better to say "maybe is possible" "we respect ppl" i don;t think so u respect anyone from wrath. Peace and hf for all.

Server after server? DEX3x (1y+ ago), Wrath5x (6 months ago) and DEXBR (FOR LATIN AMERICA, Brazilian ppl) don't count Luna here (Our GM team didn't involved there)... Me > l2net trust me (i catched u 2 times on wrath , right? ) ...

so will this be another russian speaking with russian spam in chats server ? also, when one enters lineage2dex.com, they see a GoD poster and that's all ( which gives only part of the info about DEX) .. you can change that by puting a poster with all the servers' names(+their rates) and the chronicle
