You don't really expect them to actually listen to you, knowing that you represent 5% of the expected population of the future servert. Server will be abundant with Russians, and most of them speak only Russian. They will be the "core" of the server, you, along with the other 5%, represent the expendable part of the server. I hate to say it, but nobody cares about what language will be used on any type of chat
