Can't log in?

Dear players, don't even try to use BOT programm.
Our system work in such way, that it will be imposible to connect to server.

Can you help me to fix it in stead of making accusation based on nothing? as i said i can prove that i dont use any kind fo program....

check processes , and kill them one by one

I've done this thing and what was left was the critical processes... I have shutting down the PC 1 time 'cause i've ended a critical process...
