Made a dontaion, but can not attach TOD to acc

hi, I made a donation but could not use paypal, so I made from creditcard but used option paypal from there. but when I try to claim my TODs it failed. now I tryed to many times but got message that I can be banned if I try more. plz help!

Claim via creditcard claim form and use serial u got in mail
See services faq guide from site. Close browser and retry

hmm dont seem to get any serial. can I see the serial in my paypal account somehow? the transaction has ben succsessful and money have been withdrawn

well the problem seems to be my mail. I dont have any mail left in it, all is gone... can we solve it in any other way? I get a new serial directly from you if I prove with my paypal info that its me? dont know how to solve it otherwise
