Bugged Fate's Whisper quest after restart!

Hello!

I've go a problem with subclass quest. Before 12:43 GMT+1, before first common restart i tried to end this quest. Take a look of my screen shots.

#1 I made everything correct, i give to npc b grade crystal and choose correct weapon what i want do give him:

#2 I don't have in invertory Start of Desitny Mark

#3 Before click, everythink is alright.

#4 And after click, i've got sound and annimation that i "end quest" but i can't! I can't exchange weapon b grade for a grade! I can't recive Star of Destiny Mark! :-(

Please help ASAP!.

Okay now it work correct!
