Ban Advice?

After update, today i was playing and I get a msg that say: you're not using Client shield...... u're get ban....
What is this? I'm using the client like allways.

I have got the same problem, but i actually deleted this shield (avg...) and then i was still playing without reloging. Today i tried to log on my char, and when i chose char to log, nothing happened. i reinstalled client, made update etc. and still i can't log my char. my friend could log my char without any problem on his pc, so something is wrong with my pc, any ideas?

i have the same problem, for now i just got the messages about not playing with the client shield system and to contact administration. so... how do i do it?

Hello, i got the same message today, the icon of the shield is working but the ingame mssges keep coming up

As you can see, the icon is right on the left of the clock ( the last one to the left )
