Is there any problem with having Auto Hotkey?

I plan on playing on my office notebook, but I'm afraid I might get into trouble because I have Auto Hotkey, which I use to script some of my work tedious tasks.

Can I get in trouble by running L2 when Auto Hotkey is also running?
