I downloaded P90X3. So I got 3 parts - Upper body, lower body and ab ripper. How do I do this? Each is a 30 minutes workout. One day upper, 2nd lower 3rd abs or what?

I did half of the Dynamix workout. Too out of shape to do it fully. But I really like it. Hopefully monday when I'll start the program I'll be able to do a full workout.

I know but the included workout schedule has exercises for every day of the week.

It's not 7 days of weight lifting or the same muscle group. You have core, ab and cardio exercises mixed in, and they're spaced out so you'll never overwork a specific muscle group. Remember p90x is a fitness program, not a bodybuilding program.

Try and follow the schedule. It's pretty tight and tuned to get the most results.

That said, it's not hardcore (well it is, but it's not supposed to break you). You're supposed to do what you can, take breaks if you need to, and don't force yourself too much. The biggest thing is showing up. Always show up. The days you don't wanna work out are the days you GOTTA work out.

There should also be a diet included with the program, but the guys didn't include it in the torrent like they did with p90x. Bottom line is: eat less fat, eat more natural foods (as opposed to foods with lots of ingredients on the label), less salt and less carbs. I can send you the p90x nutrition guide, but you're not gonna follow it anyway.

bodybuilding or not, working out 7 days a week is not okay. Even if your body can handle it you will burn yourself and the desire to do it will go away, motivation wise you'll be a wreck "Damn I have to train again today". Once you hit a plateau you're done.

They work around the plateau. It explains in the info booklet. Excercises are separated in blocks, each block includes a recovery week for muscle growth. The idea is to make lots of different kinds of exercises and work on more than one muscle group at a time so your body never gets used to it and tolerance doesn't set in. They call it "muscle confusion".

That was p90x. I did it for 3 months. It's hard, but the results are there. P90x3 is 30 minutes every day and has the same structure - 6 days a week, sundays are optional. 3 blocks, each block is 4 weeks, different exercises each block, 3 weeks + recovery week.

I know it may be hard to believe, but it worked for me. Not able to do 1 push up in the beginning of 2013 -----> 30 push-ups as of 30 mins ago, and I already worked out today.

Well If you guys can do it,good for you,I really mean it,tbh I couldn't do it,after 4 years I hate training especially back and leg days. I take a 1-2month break depending on how bad I feel every 6months or so since I get so sick of training constantly even with 2 rest days a week,it's not as fun as it used to be when I started, now it feels more like a job,meh..I didn't train for a month now and I still won't go for another full month,I still feel tired and not fully recovered plus I have no desire and motivation to train,I need some time off,I really don't know where I want to go with this

I'm frankly surprised. You get to a point where you really draw the parallels and see it's exactly like that. There's deep hardwiring that differs between men and women. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't read TRP literature and simply confirmed it in every interaction I ever had with a girl.
