I know but the included workout schedule has exercises for every day of the week.Try not to work out more than 3 days in a row without taking a day off,the body needs to recover
It's not 7 days of weight lifting or the same muscle group. You have core, ab and cardio exercises mixed in, and they're spaced out so you'll never overwork a specific muscle group. Remember p90x is a fitness program, not a bodybuilding program.wtf? every day? like 7/7 days? That's retarded, but hey,who am I to judge it's their program.
Try and follow the schedule. It's pretty tight and tuned to get the most results.I did half of the Dynamix workout. Too out of shape to do it fully. But I really like it. Hopefully monday when I'll start the program I'll be able to do a full workout.
They work around the plateau. It explains in the info booklet. Excercises are separated in blocks, each block includes a recovery week for muscle growth. The idea is to make lots of different kinds of exercises and work on more than one muscle group at a time so your body never gets used to it and tolerance doesn't set in. They call it "muscle confusion".bodybuilding or not, working out 7 days a week is not okay. Even if your body can handle it you will burn yourself and the desire to do it will go away, motivation wise you'll be a wreck "Damn I have to train again today". Once you hit a plateau you're done.
If you mean /r/theredpill I find it hilarious. But if you ask me whether I agree with most of the shit going on in there, no, no I don't.curious, any other redpillers here?
