The cheapest Logan is 6690 euros. You're telling me that bike cost more than that?
It was around 4k Euro (I got it at half price from a friend).
@Shade, no, the official price is > 10k dollars.
@Nuno. Here also, that's why I keep it in the house. The bad thing is I live in a shitty city, no hills or mountains on a 100km range. But well, I bought a rack for the car and I'm going to different places and ... well, enjoy the ride. :D

Next project :
. Enduro bike. No speeder, cruiser, chopper. Well, could be a cross bike too, ain't to sure about it atm (it depends a lot on what my friends are taking, so we can ride together). :D

When I was a kid there one day I was out with my friends and this dude starts talking to us and soon enough he integrates in the group. A few hours later, a friend came along who had a bike. He was giving us the bike to ride a bit in turns. The new guy asked for it too. He never came back with it. My first encounter with a con artist.

I witnessed to the EXACT same thing as a kid.

Mind if I ask why?

I cycled more than 3000 km this year with a 500 Euro bike(which behaved perfectly) and for the life of me can't see why someone would go as far as to buy a 10K USD bike when you can get one that's more than suitable for an amateur at 1K euro max. Do you take part in cycling competitions or something?

500 euro? My bike costed 30 euros and takes me every morning to the train station and back home at the end of the day. Granted, that the basket has no bottom, the lights don't work, has no breaks and from 5 gears only one works, but it has yet to let me down!

Breaks on a bike are kind of important. Unless you'd rather go for Flinstone type breaks.

There's no hills or descents where I live. Actually most of NL is totally flat. Breaks are overrated.

Nope. I was happy, happy cause I managed to buy that bike. I wanted that bike badly, and even if I'm a bit wealthy financially speaking, it was a big effort. And I wanted to share my happiness with you. But I guess ... like always ... I expected too much from you. What did I receive ? Envy. Ntz Ntz. Sometimes I forget this is romanian populated forum. I apologize for having too high hopes from you. I'll try to restrain myself from doing that from now on.

He paid over a grand for a bike? HAHAHAHAHAHA. Mine was a little bit under 500 eur and it's easily one of the most beautiful bikes I've ever seen and works as intended, built it 7 years ago and it still works like new and better yet it's a racing bike
