Aaaaand that's the main reason you should say NO. If ppl leave after 6 months then clearly something is wrong.It's literally the first thing the employer started whining about when we talked. Boo hoo people stay for 6 months then quit their jobs.
Also, no benefits? WTF at least they could offer some meal tickets, because it's something that helps with the expenses, and Bucharest is an expensive place to live in.
Imo: if they don't drop the 4 year contract clause OR offer more money then I would say no and wait for more opportunities, which will come soon because in springtime there are always more jobs available than in the rest of the year.
