Men approaching women, not the other way around, is a sociological, observable fact in our species. It does not make one sex inferior and the other superior, it's just the way it is. "women are animals with no feelings or morals" is apparently what you think.
My female neurologist friend sent me this, we always have discussions about the sexual dynamics between men and women:

"Women don't risk being rejected" is factually incorrect. If you meant "in general", then [citation needed]. If you think a page from a textbook with some general notions on sexual dimorphism is gonna back up that statement, that's about as bad as a feminist using bogus rape statistics to "prove" that men are vile beasts that rape and pillage.

In my 26 years of life experience "women don't risk being rejected" is something I observed. I think it's irrelevant that sometimes a girl will get drunk and will hit on a guy just like guys hit on girls. I'm talking about how things are generally and naturally done. Girls don't hit on you, girls will give you signs that they want YOU to hit on THEM. That one time when a girl hit on you does not disprove the previous statement.
And recognizing these differences in sexual strategy does not make anyone a fucking bigot.

Holy fucking shit. It was an analogy. Just like gay people are an exception to the rule that "penis goes in vagina", women approaching men is an exception to the rule "men approach women". The point of my analogy was that rule exceptions do not discredit the rule. Do I have to draw it to you?
No, but I was counting on the fact that you see the same thing as I do (men approaching the women, not the other way around 99% of the time) as well. Perhaps it's different in Craiova. I'll move there if it is.
