Well, don't get me wrong, if you want to get in shape, as in to loose some weight and/or gain some endurance, that your go to.
On the other hand, if you want to build muscle mass, define your body structure, there are better ways to do it, that's all I'm saying.
I used P90X3 to loose ~10 kgs in 4-5 months or so. It worked wonders, that and a healthier meal plan.
