Can be a dns issue in your case . try set dns to 8.8.8.8

I created the ticket,
my primary DNS is actualy 8.8.8.8

I also execute "ipconfig /flushdns" but still not effect

At my laptop the instalation of l2 h5 with your luncher is brand new and network where is used is different from my main pc

When I use a proxy program and log into the game . The proxy program allows me to work the game without any problems.

proxy means the connection you see when you need to select the server

Why are you telling people to open a ticket ?? when lots of people are having the same issue.. We are replacing the system with the one you have linked.. We have also used the BR proxy and we are STILL having the same problems on 3 different computers.

Will we get a refund for PA if we open a ticket ??

opening ticket = get a coder to help you solve the problem . same with skype account provided . skype : help_l2.is

just try . it will take you less than few min to have issue solved . it it possible that your ip is blocked

At hotel its possible you have ports closed
