Bugged Dwarf Skill

Hello guys! I'd like to announce that Warsmith's Battle Cry isn't working. Dunno if it's global issue or it's just my bugged char, but it's kinda sad that I cannot use such an usefull skill. Please, do something with this.

Skill doesn't work if you have bless the body or similar skill. So if that's your issue then the skill is working fine.
