Tears bugged

Hi,

RB Tears (rb needed for Baylor rb) is bugged. When the rb has very low hp and is using ud (celestial) we can`t give dmg. We used water dragon scale for removilg that celestial from Tears but is not working. We used each one water dragon scale on rb, we used all in same time, used just 1 member the item several times on rb but is just not removing celestial from rb. Considering that is a 2h quest to get on that rb and we already failed this rb 4th time last night. Could you pls fix the celestial on Tears and make water dragon scales tradable?

On video we see that only 2 players use item on RB and not at the same time. 1st use Orc, that after 1 min again only this Orc and then Human. But all 9 must use this item on RB at the same time to remove RB shield. That's why shield doesn't removing.
