Problem in game on beta server!

Hello for some reason i can't use normal npcs Buy/Sell .(Ex . i went giran to buy dies and after clicking on the npc talk with him and clicked on buy/sell dyes chat with npc close and nothing shows,same thing when i get to armor/weapon traders npc)
Can you tell me if they were disabled from the gm or i got some files missing from l2 or something!

How about adding Crystals C/D next to the Soul Shot bundles for summoners that want to level without waiting on Dwarfs to crystalize C grade? :d
