I wanted to do some weight exercises for my arms but I quit after my 1st try.) My arms bend really weird, I don't want to break them. They also started to hurt too much. I wish I could have more motivation.
Don't start with weights. Do some kind of light aerobic exercises for about a week just to take the rust off your joints. Then think about actual effort.Good job! Keep it up!

The joint at my elbow doesn't stay straight, it twists upwards..so how does your arms bend weirdly?

A doctor told me it's because of the way I was wrapped as a baby. I can keep my arm straight too, but it's harder, i have to really work that "muscle" to do it.Did you have any joint damage?elbow I mean,some people have pointy elbows in certain poses when they flex the arms.It's calcium,at one point in time they had some sort of injury.Or you just don't have enough tricep mass.
