slb steal of divinity steals 2-4 buffs from 160% buff cancer resist on the same lvl character - (from 20 tests didn't resist a single one)
mages cancel static 5 buffs - cant be resisted
prophet in transform have skills like invocation/wild magic - can replace any buffer ( needs to be nerfed in every aspect of a game )
summoner loyality is too much - needs to have a look
necros anchor insane land rate ( from 10 tests 9 success)

Rush Impact - The minimum distance for applying the skill is reduced from 200 to 100.
That's real overpowered buff for Doombringer as he now needs to run off from target twice less distance to use skill. Maybe for balance it was meant to be increased instead?

Today I tested RI. So... From 20 RI only 2-3 were successful. Also that newly added delay after every rush seems really annoying.
So looks like doombringer became something like AOE damage dealer (for early game) instead of aoe stunlocker for all time.
But anyway 100 distance is really a little bit OP. I think 150 is ok.

As I can see from your message Slh steals 2-4 buffs, not 2-7 (minimum clamp is 2 , maximum is 7). So resistance works.
Maybe it works not exact you want... but this is PTS server with Korean logic.

2-4 buffs no matter what. even level 70 SB can steal 4 buffs with lower level skill (max 6 buffs stolen) from lvl 85 full boost character with 180% cancel resist.

Did you understand that min number always should be 2?
if you have 20+ buffs its ok to lose 4 (or more) buffs. If you have 8 buffs you should lose 2 buff usually, maybe 3. Depends on your luck. Same logic for cancellation

- Resistance to cancel/steal works in accordance with the official server.
- Prophet unable to quickly buff the group, haven't Great Fury, haven't Flames of Invincibility, haven't strong debuffs, few weeks haven't Counter Critical (analogue for CoP). Yep, looks like you can replace any buffer with Prophet
- As for Excessive Loyalty I don't think that buff 15% -> 35% P.Atk (when triggered) is too OP.
- Anchor's success rate is good when you have 0 resistance to paralyze. We retested this skill with different setups and it looks ok. Also healers have skill link and can easily Cleanse/Purify it.

Mage cancel works like gm command //-5 buffs... No way to avoid being canceled. Seems like ur "NCsoft" package doesn't work properly.

He's broken for olympiad. He is good in olympiad by default, but with added Empower and Wild Magic, transform with high power nuke and it's also holy, with surrender to holy, whilst in his kit have holy weapon... Mkey, full buff mage with POF... but wait... having trouble surviving? Meh, here take a bishop heal... /facepalm

Totally not op... Cat with 15% loyalty have 11k p.atk... now it will have 14k. With proper setup trigger doesn't even turn off. Unless trigger have added cooldown between activation, you can leave it.

about touch of eva u are able to use 2 skills with same seed stage 3 and is very izi to level up all seeds like 4 tribunal u make level 3 seed again
this skill break all debuffs stuns agressionthis skill break the game
